I am a Havening Practioner based in Wellington, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and also work with international clients through zoom/skype video calls.
I am empathetic, down to earth, friendly, non-judgemental and work at a pace that suits you.
The best solutions always come from you, you might just need the space to slow down and find them. With havening, I work alongside you to open up that space and guide you through whatever comes up during the process. As a certified life coach, I often use a blend of coaching and havening techniques to boost the results and impact of your session.
I welcome clients from all cultures, genders, identities and faiths. I enjoy guiding clients as they work through their challenges and blocks. The relief from anxiety, stress and difficult emotions I see clients accessing through havening is heartening.
